What kind of products do you sell?
We sell digital storytelling resources for parents and caregivers. All products are delivered as downloadable PDF and MP3 audio files. The CalmNest Stories™ library includes:
- Sleep StoryPack – for bedtime and wind-down (ages 4–8)
- Toddlers & Tantrums – for meltdowns and big feelings (ages 2–4)
- Two Homes, One Safe Night – for life between two homes (ages 4–10)
- CalmNest Full Library – all three packs together
Is this therapy or medical advice?
No. Our products are not therapy and do not replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. They are storytelling resources designed to support calm, reassuring moments at home.
Who are these stories for?
Our products are intended for parents and caregivers to use with children. They are designed to be read or played together in a calm, supportive environment.
How do I receive my purchase?
After successful payment, your download link is sent by email, usually within a few minutes. The email contains a secure link to your files.
I didn’t receive the email. What should I do?
Please check your Spam or Promotions folder. If you still don’t see the email within a few minutes, contact us at hello@fulllibraryhub.com with the email address you used at checkout.
Can I download the files more than once?
Your download link is valid for 14 days and works up to 3 times. Please save the files to your device after the first download so you can keep using them. If your link has expired, email us and we will help.
Can I share the files with others?
No. Your purchase grants a personal, household-only licence. Redistribution, sharing, or resale is not permitted.
Do you offer refunds?
Every pack has a free audio sample on its product page, so you can listen before you buy. If something isn't working after purchase, such as a broken download or a file that won't play, email us within 7 days and we will help fix it. If we cannot make the purchased files work, we will refund the purchase in line with our Refund Policy.
